JAGUAR CONCEPT C-X75

Jaguar C-X75 will be the British marque’s most advanced model to date, offering performance on a par with the fastest production cars on the market, while adopting cutting-edge technology will ensure economical running. Jaguar expects this hybrid supercar to deliver incredibly low CO2 emissions of less than 99g/km while being able to achieve in excess of 200mph.

A direct technology transfer between elite motorsport and road-going production cars is key to C-X75’s success. The supercar’s chassis will be made of carbon-fibre to create an incredibly lightweight, yet rigidly strong structure.

C-X75 not only has absolutely stunning beauty but an equally amazing performance: the sprint time from 0-62mph (100 km/h) in just 3.4 seconds, the acceleration from 50-90mph (80-145 km/h) in just 2.3 seconds and top speed of 205 mph (330km/h). Four powerful 195bhp (145kW) electric motor – one for each wheel - produce 778bhp and an astonishing total torque output of 1,180lb ft (1,600Nm).

Price is expected to be upwards of £700,000 for the exclusive car and could be nearer £900,000, but Jaguar isn’t likely to have any problems selling the car which it has yet to decide will be named.
